In mid-december, the annual customer care activities of TTM in 2017 were successfully launched, and the overseas service team of international marketing personnel and after-sales engineers was on the service tour.


When the cold weather comes, the beautiful gem kingdom——Sri Lanka into the rainy season. The service team has visited Colombo, Kurunagala, Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Ampara, Kandy, Galle, Matara, Hambanthota these equipment sites for half a month.

Take the advantage of Sri Lanka’s infrastructure, the TTM asphalt mixing plant is constantly settled in Sri Lanka. With the increasing market share of plant, it is imperative to upgrade the service level. The annual free on-site inspection service is not only TTM service attitude, but also TTM’s commitment for the customers. After more than 2.700 kilometers, the service team visited all the users in Sri Lanka to learn about the operation of the plant and conduct on-site maintenance. Some of plants that have been used for more than 6 years and is still running steadily, creating benefits for the customers.


The user care activity ended satisfactorily for 2017.
